How long will it take for my letter to arive?

Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery.  When it comes to Santa's letters for kids, we make sure we are on time, all the time!

Can I order more than one letter at a time?

Yes.  Simply select the first letter you want, enter the information you want to appear in the letter and then add it to your cart.  You can continue shopping and adding letters for more children or or other products without checking out fist.  When you are ready to check out, you'll have an opportunity to review each item before completing your order.

Can I send the letters to different addresses?

Yes.  Each letter is ordered individually and you can enter a different address on each letter you purchase.  The address you enter for the child does not have to be your home address.  This makes ordering for friends and family members quick and easy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal.  With PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay.  There is an option to order without setting up an account. 

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes.  We are very confident you and your family will be satisfied with your purchase. 

When will my letter(s) arrive?

All letters will be mailed to arrive before December 25th, in time for Christmas.

How do I contact Santa about my order? 

The best way to contact us about your order is to reply to the acknowledgment email you receive when you place your order. That will help us look up your account and answer any questions or make any changes you may need.

I purchased two letters but only received one  Where is the 2nd letter?

This is not uncommon.  Each letter may be sent at a different time and the post office could have taken longer to handle one letter than another.  We send out all letters before the required delivery date to ensure plenty of time for all of your letters to arrive.
